孩子还是本人呢？对青少年来说包皮过长会一定影响尺寸发育的，对正常功能没有影响，如果是成年了那割不割就无所谓了，无非是老婆或者女朋友在意。值得一提的是有包皮手淫比没有敏感太多了，日常生活很容易把持不住，如果总是控制不住自己也可以去割一下，频率可以下降很多。
