[建议] 网盘下载区能不能规范下？根本不能下载的帖子也给发

网盘下载区能不能规范下？根本不能下载的帖子也给发

这两个网盘，根本不能免费下载，已经试过多次，不是下载一半断了就是无法下载，一个不到100M的视频要下载超过两小时？这样的贴子发出来有何意义，希望版主能整顿下，推荐用88盘或者飞猫，免费下载而且速度很快。
